COVID-19 MEASURES
New Procedures - Saturday Classes
Arrival
Students will be met at a designated entrance. We regret that parents will not be allowed to enter the school premises until further notice. The children will be registered once inside. All children must wash hands and use hand sanitiser before going to class. They will be supervised while doing this. This will be repeated during the session if deemed necessary.

Class time

Will have use of separate toilet facilities.

Please send water bottles which are clearly marked with student’s name.

When working in the halls we will ensure adequate ventilation at all times.

We will encourage social distancing as much as possible but for young children this is near impossible. We will advise against physical contact eg. holding hands. Dance classes will not include partner work.

Until we are confident about returning to performance, either in the school or at an outside venue we will put all shows on hold. However, we will continue to work towards class projects and ensure parents are kept up to date with all our plans.
Departure
Students will be dismissed at the entrance where they came in. We encourage parents and guardians to be patient while we safely dismiss each child.

PLEASE ENSURE WE ARE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY IF ANY MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY BECOMES UNWELL WITH SUSPECTED COVID-19.
CHILDREN MUST NOT RETURN TO CLASSES IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
As parents are not allowed inside the school, I would ask that you store my mobile number in your phones. You can contact me if you need to collect your child early or you arrive late.
