COLLECTION PROCEDURE (AFTER SCHOOL)

 

After School Classes

Your child will be either picked up from their classroom by a member of the Young Centre Stagers Team or they will be brought to the hall by their Class Teacher/TA where a member of the Young Centre Stagers Team will be based.

At the end of class your child will be brought by a member of the Young Centre Stagers Team to the designated pick up point. We will not allow your child to leave until an adult has arrived to pick up. If another adult is picking up, please let us know before the session.

If your child attends 'After School Club' at the school, please let us know and a member of the Young Centre Stagers Team will escort them to the club after the session.

If you know you are running more than 10 minutes late for collection, please text or leave a voicemail on the Young Centre Stagers contact number (07515887256) and please state the school and your child’s name. If we do not receive a form of communication and you are more than 10 minutes late for collection you will receive an invoice for the amount of time the Young Centre Stagers Tutor has had to supervise your child.
